If we want to change the world, we need to act now, we are running out of time. There are a number of ways in which we can work together to do this. There are numerous examples through history of radical action and achievement by women. All over the world (China, Cuba, Eritrea, Nicaragua, Mozambique) women have played a decisive role in Revolution fighting alongside men to bring an end to oppression and then to bring about radical social and cultural change.

And women all over the world have mobilised together or taken Strike Action to protest against war and injustice or to claim their rights as workers and as women. They have been successful in changing the law and changing people's perceptions.

But political change has to be sustained and supported by new structures and processes. Otherwise society reverts to the old status quo. That's why we argue for a Critical Mass of women at all levels in decision-making and implementation.

There are plenty of role models to draw Inspiration from. We are also capable of inspiring others...

But for this to be possible, we need to free ourselves from the chains we have inside. People are still tied up in those binary concepts of masculinity and femininity. These often prevent us from doing what we really can do. We invite you to consider the advantages of psychological Androgyny: in other words combining the best of male and female characteristics.
